Most of it was extraordinary!

But, the thing I liked the most, was the CD compilation of Hanna-Barbera music. It consisted of series themes (opening and closing, with interstitial music to boot) and representative underscores. Even including Ruff and Reddy!

I played that in the car, all the time, when traveling to different cities throughout the Northeast for work. It never failed to make any driving situation better!Joe Torciviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00421096229407174474noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5408368436169661319.post-82730363266800593682011-09-22T12:04:22.617-04:002011-09-22T12:04:22.617-04:00Sad news. My introduction to Earl was The Flinstones Story: Meet The Flinstones Story, an album/cassette in with he lent his voice to many of the supporting characters. The DVD commentaries were fun to listen to as well.Comicbookrehabhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09363501054869978524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5408368436169661319.post-31430258020203950212011-09-19T20:31:51.455-04:002011-09-19T20:31:51.455-04:00Amen, Pete!Amen, Pete!Joe Torciviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00421096229407174474noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5408368436169661319.post-7788545229043301482011-09-19T19:50:20.997-04:002011-09-19T19:50:20.997-04:00Hey Joe,

I had come to know of Earl through Stu's Show, having listened rabidly to the podcasts of that program over the last year or so.

He and Mark Evanier did a four-part History of Television Cartoons on Stu's Show that is just priceless to listen to. It's very informative and just a pleasure to soak up the passion those two have for this material.

Plus, you could tell just by listening to Earl Kress that he was a genuinely good guy. I'll miss him, even if I never met him.

PetePete Fernbaughhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01460546076208578503noreply@blogger.com
